While our extensions are made from 100% human hair and are technically capable of being dyed, we advise caution. They have undergone their own dyeing process, so further coloring might reduce their lifespan and could potentially cause damage. We especially advise against dyeing our Balayage or Ombre sets due to their extensive prior processing. If you decide to dye your La'Vella extensions, please note that it's at your own risk. We recommend consulting a professional colorist.

Absolutely! Feel free to use your favorite styling tools. For the best care, we recommend applying a heat protectant spray before styling. Some users prefer to wash their La'Vella extensions first to remove the vitamin-enriched coating, enhancing styling results.

Yes, you can—and should! To keep your La'Vella extensions looking their best, avoid shampoos containing sulfates and opt for hydrating conditioners. Applying leave-in conditioners and heat protectants can also help prolong the life of your extensions.

Include your order number inside the package and send it with a tracking option to ensure safe return. Note: Returns or exchanges of La'Vella Professional Styling Tools are only possible if the item was purchased at full price; items bought with promotions or discounts are ineligible.
